    Lanturn

Do not let the low base stats of this pokèmon fool you,it is an premiere special wall in the OU tier right now, with all the Thundurus-T and Tornadus-T around.Access to Heal bell,Scald and Discharge makes it a great support pokèmon too.
Ability to make 101hp Substitutes makes avaiable a Charge beam set, while it can also make a great use of the parafusion combo, thank to his natural bulk.

    Lanturn (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Volt Absorb
    EVs: 40 HP / 16 Def / 200 SAtk / 252 SDef
    Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
    - Scald
    - Discharge/Volt-Switch
    - Ice Beam
    - Heal Bell/Thunder-Wave

401 is a leftovers number, while 252 EVs and calm nature ensure the max speial bulk to Lanturn, while 200 Evs in SAtk are there ti 2Hko Tornadus-T and Thundurus-T via Ice beam.

    Here are some calcs.
    Spoiler:
    252 +1 SpAtk Tornadus-T (+SpAtk) Hurricane vs 40 HP/252 SpDef Lanturn (+SpDef) : 30,67% - 35,91% (3-4 hits to KO)
    252 +1 SpAtk Tornadus-T (+SpAtk) Focus Blast vs 40 HP/252 SpDef Lanturn (+SpDef) : 40,9% - 48,13% (3 hits to KO)
    252 +1 SpAtk Tornadus-T (+SpAtk) Hidden Power Grass vs 40 HP/252 SpDef Lanturn (+SpDef) : 47,88% - 56,36% (2-3 hits to KO)
---Couldn't find a calculator with grass knot, note that will have only 40Base power,as lanturn weight is 22,5Kg---

    What can laturn do back

    200 SpAtk Lanturn Ice Beam vs 4 HP/0 SpDef Tornadus-T: 50% - 59,33% (2 hits to KO)
    200 SpAtk Lanturn Ice Beam vs 0 HP/0 SpDef Thundurus-T: 55,52% - 65,55% (2 hits to KO)

An alternative spread of 40 Hp / 216 Def / 252 SDef or 252 Hp / 252 SDef can be used, but Lanturn will need Sr support to 2Hko the genies.

    0 SpAtk Lanturn Ice Beam vs 0 HP/0 SpDef Thundurus-T: 44,15% - 52,17% (2-3 hits to KO)
    0 SpAtk Lanturn Ice Beam vs 0 HP/0 SpDef Tornadus-T: 40,13% - 47,49% (3 hits to KO)

Lanturn works extremely well along with wish support and paried with a Grass type as Shaymin or Leafleon for type synergy.

Heal Bell looks like the best option for the fourth slot on the listed set. Lanturn's niche has definitely improved with the advent of Tornadus-T and Thundurus-T, but it still has competition with Jirachi and Blissey.

I see specially defensive Jirachi everywhere nowadays :0

on topic: i find that volt switch deserves a mention, as it's really useful against Rotom-W / Thundurus-T who are locked into Volt Switch. As they need to switch out, Volt Switch deals damage and gives your team a useful advantage.

Yeah,I forgot to mention that is a great Rotom-W counter, and a counter to all the pokèmon that rely on Bolt-Beam (+Water move) combo, such as Starmie.

    I've implemented your suggestion,thank you!
