Pokémon Black 2 & Pokémon White 2

These games are the third game of Generation V and follows in a similar pattern to past releases and is due for release on the Nintendo DS in June 2012.

So yeah anyways this is the new game to be coming out I rather have R/S/E remakes but hey I guess this is okay anyways what do you guys feel about the remake of B/W?

The event Keldeo's moveset. At Level 15, it has the moves Aqua Jet, Sacred Sword, Hydro Pump and Close Combat. Its hold item is currently unknown.

Yeah, I heard about this. It's kinda disappointing to see that Kyurem is still pretty ugly, but that's ok. Hopefully other Pokemon will also get new forms.

They said something about it coming out in june for both japan and Canada/Us

Triple typings.

Meloetta event.

New twists to the storyline to show the relations between Reshiram, Zekrom, and Kyurem.

KYUREM FINALLY HITTING OU.

I am predicting an Electric / Ice forme.

Kyurem in ou after this hmm I wonder what it's new stats will be and how it will help in the metagame

I wish it was faster.

I agree with Vol on the remakes of Ruby, and Saphire. I don't think that Pokemon Black/White2 will be very good. And I also have to agree with Harsha on the ugly part. They could have made them look a BIT better, couldn't they? Rick's claims seem to be pretty good, although I have a few doubts on the Triple Typing.

PAH. Ugly? Trust me. WE ALL THINK NEW POKEMON ARE UGLY WHEN THEY COME OUT.

But anyway. I'm satisfied with the games; SO FAR.

I hope it has awesome gameplay, and an suspenceful climax in pokemon white and black 2, even though it is just on the nintendo ds.

IT's probably a direct sequal to b/w to tie in loose ends.

Who are Concordia and Athena and why did they warrant a spot in the intro and their own custom overworld despite only having 1 (minor) appearance.

They're actually not, they're literally remakes of the games using Kyuram and Kyurom (see what I did there?). And I really cannot imagine their losing their Dragon-type. I mean Fire / Ice would just be so bad.

Fire/Ice,only comes with about a trillion weaknesses

What about Electric/Ice, eh? BoltBeam + HP Ground? Stronger than Rotom-F?

This is gonna be awesome. I really have faith in the sales of this game, on top of the replay value.

I would also like to link to this similar, but unrelated post, regarding vol's preference of the remakes.

Back on the sequels, I like the where they're going with these forms. I think they look great design-wise. I have my doubts for triple-types, but that raises the question of just what types these will be. They look Dragon for sure, but they also resemble Reshiram/Zekrom and Kyurem, which makes the triple-type theory seem plausible. Only time will tell what will happen, I suppose.

I really dont see anything good about this game, unless they continue the B/W storyline for the original Black and White, or if this is for the 3ds.

It's for any model of the DS. It isn't exclusive to the 3DS.

That information, and the first statement in my previous post, lead me to believe that the Ruby and Sapphire remakes are planned to be the first main series Pogeyminz games for the 3DS.

In my opinion they should have had a remake of Sapphire and Ruby first.

FireRed and LeafGreen came before Emerald, but HeartGold and SoulSilver came after Platinum. This means that there is no clear pattern of the order. But then, they've tried to keep each Generation to a single console. This means that it would make sense for the remakes to be DS, but it would be counter-productive to make a game on a console that will soon be almost 'obsolete', for lack of a better word. This idea of Black and White 2 also strikes me as strange. It's 2 different games, correct? That seems to me like a bit of a greedy move, if only to make more money. :/
