    Azelf to the rescue.

    Azelf @
    Trait: Levitate
    EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spe / 4 SDef
    Timid Nature (-Atk, +Spe)
    ~ Nasty Plot
    ~ Psychic
    ~ Fire Blast
    ~ Grass Knot

Alright. It sets up a Nasty Plot, whilst Weezing switches out or stays in and can't do much. Psychic at +2 will do 298%-351%. Fire Blast is for coverage to beat Skarmory, Scizor and Ferrothorn, whilst Grass Knot hits Gastrodon.

    @ Choice Specs
    Volt Absorb
    252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
    Timid Nature
    - Thunderbolt
    - Shadow Ball
    - Volt Switch / Baton Pass
    - Hidden Power [Ice] / [Grass]

Jolteon outspeeds and threatens a OHKO, no matter how much Azelf has boosted. Thunderbolt fries it, and is a guaranteed OHKO with Stealth Rock damage. Shadow Ball crushes it. Volt Switch weakens it for a later KOing, and Hidden Power is plain coverage.

Shocker (Krookodile) (M) @ Focus Sash
    Trait: Moxie
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Crunch
    - Earthquake
    - Stone Edge
    - Bulldoze
Live a hit from HP, EQ for a possible OHKO. Bulldoze to lower speed. Crunch for any psychics. See ya speedyeon.

    Now.

    @ Toxic Orb
    Poison Heal
    236 HP / 56 Atk / 216 Def
    Adamant Nature
    - Spore
    - Substitute
    - Leech Seed
    - Focus Punch

Spore incapacitates, and Leech Seed helps maintain Breloom's already fantastic vitality. Substitute protects Breloom from super-effective hits while Focus Punch lets Breloom deter Ferrothorn and other Grass-types not named Celebi from switching in for free.

    Xatu @ Leftovers
    Trait: Magic Bounce
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
    Bold Nature
    ~ Calm Mind
    ~ Stored Power
    ~ Roost
    ~ Hidden Power [Fighting]

Spore becomes meaningless because of Magic Bounce, whilst Xatu resists both Seed Bomb and Drain Punch. In the meantime, Calm Mind can be set up for a powerful Stored Power. Roost is for recovery, whilst Hidden Power [Fighting] hits Steel types like Ferrothorn.

    Landorus @ Life Orb
    Sand Force
    252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
    Jolly / Naive Nature
    - Earthquake
    - Stone Edge
    - Substitute / Hidden Power Ice
    - Swords Dance / Rock Polish

Stone Edge OHKOs with a Life Orb and sand up. Swords Dance ramps up Landorus's Attack stat through the roof, and Substitute helps aid its set-up process.

    Timid Nature (-SAtk, +Spe)
    ~ Ice Beam
    ~ Hidden Power [Dark]
    ~ Flash Cannon
    ~ Water Pulse

The Ice Cream cone outspeed Landorus with a Choice Scarf, and revenge-kills it with Ice Beam.

    @ Choice Scarf
    Sheer Force
    252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
    Adamant Nature
    - Flare Blitz
    - Superpower
    - Rock Slide
    - U-turn

Scarfed Vanilluxe is outsped and OHKOed by all the options (bar U-turn) listed out here. However, among the moves listed, Flare Blitz is the big daddy, dealing 239.58% - 281.98% to the Vanilluxe listed out.

    Quagsire @
    Trait: Unaware
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
    Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spe)
    ~ Scald
    ~ Recover
    ~ Toxic
    ~ Earthquake

Quagsire walls Darmanitan completely, forcing him to U-Turn out. Or, Darmanitan can lock itself into a move, whilst Quagsire Toxic stalls it to death.

Tropius @ Lum Berry | Harvest
    Timid Nature | 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Energy Ball | Air Slash | Hidden Power Fire | Growth

Not much to it. Hit the Quagsire, as it can't touch you.

    Victini @
    Trait: Victory Star
    EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 SDef
    Jolly Nature (-SAtk, +Spe)

    ~ V-Create
    ~ Fusion Bolt
    ~ U-Turn
    ~ Zen Headbutt

STAB super-effective Choice Band V-Create from Victini means Tropius doesn't stand a chance. Anything that comes in for neutral damage will be hit REALLY hard. Fusion Bolt hits Water-types, whilst Zen Headbutt hits Fighting types. U-Turn is used for scouting.

    @ Leftovers
    Solid Rock
    160 HP / 252 Atk / 96 Spe
    Adamant Nature
    - Earthquake
    - Stone Edge
    - Megahorn
    - Stealth Rock

V-create doesn't do much. Neither do the other moves. Earthquake and Stone Edge OHKO. Fixed.

Alakazam @ Life Orb | Magic Guard
    Timid Nature | 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Shadow Ball | Psychic | Energy Ball | Focus Blast

Rhyperior is OHKOed with Energy Ball, with or without SR damage.

    Absol @
    Trait: Super Luck
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
    Adamant Nature (-SAtk, +Atk)
    ~ Swords Dance
    ~ Sucker Punch
    ~ Superpower
    ~ Megahorn

At this point, all Alakazam can do is attack, leaving it open to Absol's Sucker Punch, which gets a boost from STAB and Life Orb. Swords Dance doubles its Attack stat, whilst Superpower and Megahorn are coverage moves.

    @ Leftovers
    Intimidate
    252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
    Impish Nature
    - Rapid Spin
    - Close Combat
    - Toxic
    - Stone Edge

With Intimidate, Hitmontop doesn't particularly care about what Absol has to throw at it, seeing that it lacks Psycho Cut and has the defenses to take a +1 Superpower. Close Combat is the real clincher, OHKOing Absol. The other moves are pure utility.

    Modest Nature

    ~ Psychic
    ~ Shadow Ball

    ~ Grass Knot

    WELL.
    Foe's Hitmontop used Close Combat!
    Lunatone lost 177-208 HP! (51.45%-60.47%)
Foe's Hitmontop's Def and SDef lowered by one stage!

    @ Choice Specs
    Water Absorb
    172 HP / 252 Atk / 84 Spe
    Modest Nature
    - Water Spout
    - Shadow Ball
    - Ice Beam
    - Energy Ball

Water Spout OHKOs. Shadow Ball can do the same. Ice Beam is coverage, and Energy Ball is the "stupidest shit ever," as SOMALIA so eloquently put it.

    Vaporeon (F) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Water Absorb
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 SDef / 4 SAtk
    Calm Nature
    ~ Toxic
    ~ Scald
    ~ Hidden Power [Grass]
    ~ Wish

Jellicent's Water Spout does 0%, whilst Ice Beam will be doing a meaningless amount of damage. Shadow Ball won't hurt much as well. Energy Ball will do around 34.48% - 40.95%. In the meantime, Vaporeon can Toxic Stall it to death. Wish allows recovery, whilst Scald and Hidden Power [Grass] are two coverage moves.

    @ Leftovers
    Dry Skin
    244 HP / 252 Atk / 12 Def
    Adamant Nature
    - Substitute
    - Bulk Up
    - Drain Punch
    - Sucker Punch

Scald heals Toxicroak, and it resists Hidden Power Grass. Toxic is nullified courtesy of its Poison typing. Meanwhile, Toxicroak can set a Sub up and proceed to Bulk Up until it's at +6. In fact, it only needs to be at +3 to OHKO that Vaporeon. Drain Punch is the obvious STAB of choice, letting it recover its HP. Sucker Punch takes care of faster opponents.

    @
    Trait: Imsomnia
    EVs: 4 Def / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
    Jolly Nature
    ~ Brave Bird
    ~ Sucker Punch
    ~ Superpower
    ~ Return

Brave Bird is a clean OHKO. Sucker Punch hits faster threats really hard thanks to the STAB and Choice Band boost provided. Superpower helps against Ferrothorn and the Pink Blobs, whilst Return is just a coverage move. Honchkrow resists Sucker Punch, and won't be hit very hard by an unboosted Drain Punch.

    @ Leftovers
    Synchronize
    252 HP / 224 Def / 32 Spe
    Bold Nature
    - Taunt
    - Will-O-Wisp
    - Softboiled
    - Seismic Toss

The best Honchkrow can do is threaten Mew with Brave Bird, which causes it to take massive amounts of recoil. Sucker Punch can't do anything if Mew doesn't attack. Will-O-Wisp hurts the Mob Boss tremendously by slashing its strength. Softboiled keeps Mew healthy throughout the ordeal. Seismic Toss can be used if Mew isn't being threatened by Sucker Punch.

    /me switches out.

You guys have three days to determine a counter. If a counter doesn't arise in those three days, then I'll lock the thread and determine a prize with Artist Smeargle.

Charizard @ Choice Specs | Solar Power
    Timid Nature | 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Fire Blast | SolarBeam | Hidden Power Ice | Air Slash

If sunshine is up, Charizard OHKOs with ease (up to 140%). If not, Charizard wins due to out-speeding and a clean 2HKO. Taunt and Will-O-Wisp won't do much, and Softboiled only prolongs the inevitable. If Mew tries a Seismic Toss, it's screwed.

Charizard was already used by Hemlock. So...assuming we disregard the last post, I'll go ahead and post this.

    Roserade @ Choice Specs
    Trait: Natural Cure
    EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spe / 4 HP
    Modest Nature
    ~ Leaf Storm
    ~ Sludge Bomb
    ~ Hidden Power [Fire]
    ~ Sleep Powder

Leaf Storm does 90.59% - 106.93%, a clean 2HKO. In the meantime, Taunt and Will-O-Wisp don't do anything thanks to Natural Cure.
